Jessica Miller Jessica was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida, where she has been riding horses for 12 years. She has successfully shown her Arabian stallion Toohigh O A+ in training and first level in the Arabian circuit dominating the Arabian regionals coming home with three grand champions, two reserves, and a top three. Jessica is currently a full time working student for Performance farms and a full time student at Palm Beach Community College majoring in Biology.
