Gold
Medal
The
USDF Gold Medal is awarded to a rider who earns two scores above 60%
at Grand Prix from two different judges as well as two scores at Intermediare
1 from two different judges. Dr. Parra highlights the importance of
this award with his students because he feels it separates those riders
who can perform various Grand Prix movements from those who are Grand
Prix riders, who can take a horse in the ring and perform a satisfactory
Grand Prix test.
